Weighted scoring, the honest way

List your options as rows and what matters as columns, give each criterion a weight from 1–10, then score every cell. The matrix multiplies scores by weights, totals each option and normalizes it to a 0–100 score so different setups stay comparable. The winner is highlighted, the chart ranks everyone, and the sensitivity note tells you whether the decision is solid or a coin-flip — plus which criterion could flip it. Templates get you started for jobs, laptops, vendors, feature prioritization and apartments. Keep multiple matrices, export CSV/JSON or copy a text summary. Completely free, completely private.
